PHILADELPHIA (AP) — Eagles linebacker Jason Phillips tore his right ACL in Monday's practice. He's the second player to sustain a season-ending injury in three days. Starting wide receiver Jeremy Maclin tore his right ACL on Saturday. Phillips played in 16 games for Carolina last year, mostly on special teams. He spent his first 2½ seasons with Baltimore.

PHILADELPHIA (AP) — Six-time Pro Bowl quarterback Donovan McNabb has officially retired as a Philadelphia Eagle. The team leader in many passing categories played 11 of his 13 seasons in Philadelphia, guiding the Eagles to eight playoff appearances, five NFC East titles, five conference championship games and one Super Bowl loss.

The Eagles have announced that they will retire his No. 5 jersey on Sept. 19 when they play host to the Chiefs, who are now coached by former Eagles coach Andy Reid.

UNDATED (AP) — The Tennessee Titans have agreed to terms with offensive guard Chance Warmack, who had been the last remaining unsigned first-round draft pick. The Tennessean reported the former Alabama All-American has agreed to a four-year contract that features a fifth-year team option and has a total value of $12.17 million, including a $7.2 million signing bonus. Warmack was a three year starter at Alabama and was the 10th overall pick in the NFL draft.

The Baltimore Ravens have re-signed fullback Vonta Leach to a two-year contract just weeks after releasing him in June. He returned to the Ravens after failing to land a deal in the free agent market. Leach paved the way for running back Ray Rice to gain 1,143 yards last season.
