On Friday December 13th, Albany County District Judge, Jeffrey Donnell, ordered the city of Laramie to release the resume of Jodi Guerin, Laramie's newly-hired recreation manager. Having questions regarding Guerin's qualifications, City Councilman, Joe Vitale, requested her resume-- a request that was denied by City Manager, Janine Jordan. Vitale and the Laramie Boomerang newspaper, relentless in their efforts to obtain Guerin's credentials had their case heard before the District Court. Councilman Vitale explains his rationale for requesting the release of Guerin's resume:

After Judge Donnell signs the court order, City Manager Jordan has up to ten days to release Ms. Guerin's resume. To date, the order has not been signed.
