Denver Makes Final Cut For Amazon’s New Headquarter Location

The Mile High City has made the initial cut from Amazon and is one of just twenty remaining potential locations for the newest headquarter location.

The Seattle-based company announced last year that it would expand to a new, second location in 2018. They received over 230 applications from all across North America.

The 20 locations that made the cut include:

Denver

Atlanta

Austin

Boston

Chicago

Columbus

Dallas

Indianapolis

Los Angeles

Miami

Montgomery County, Maryland

Nashville

Newark

New York

Northern Virginia

Philadelphia

Pittsburgh

Raleigh

Toronto

Washington, D.C.

According to the New York Times, Amazon plans to spend around $5 billion on its new location.
