CU Student Pays Tuition With Dollar Bills [VIDEO]

University of Colorado, Boulder student, Nic Ramos, felt like the tuition for one semester of college was too much.  So he decided we would pay his $14,300.51 in out-of-state tuition with one dollar bills.  It took a stops at a few different banks, but he did it.  So what do you think?  Was this a good way to get people talking or just a way for a college kid to get some insta-fame?
