CASPER, Wyo. (AP) — A Casper man has pleaded guilty to stabbing a man outside a bar this spring.

The Associated Press reports Ira Goff pleaded guilty Friday to aggravated assault.

Police say the stabbing happened after Goff was kicked out of The Alibi bar for being too drunk. Witnesses told police Goff beat a bartender who escorted him out and knifed a man who came to the bartender's aid.

He will be sentenced at a later date.
