On Saturday, December 3rd Fremont County officials had arrested 22 people on drug charges. That number has now grown to 35 after a rare grand jury investigation. According to the Fremont County Attorney's Office the grand jury was the first to be empaneled in the county in more than 20 years.

The indictments come from a grand jury that met on November 28th-30th. Charges include allegations of distribution of cocaine, methamphetamine and other drugs. The alleged drug ring encompassed several communities in Fremont County as well as other areas in Central Wyoming.
