The three victims of Monday's explosion at an oil storage facility have been identified. Authorities are investigating what caused the explosion. The explosion also sparked a 10 acre fire in the Hornbuckle Ranch located 50 miles northeast of Casper.

The identifications of the men were being withheld until autopsies could be performed in Colorado. In a release today by the Wyoming Occupational Safety and Health Administration program the three men have been identified as James Turner, Llewellyn Dort and Gerardo Alatorre.

James Turner, 55 was employed by Double D Welding and Fabrication of Casper. Llewellyn Dort, 32 and Gerardo Alatorre (age not released) were both employed by Wild West Construction. The three men were making repairs on a fuel line that would in turn bring an oil well back into production.
