Can the Wyoming Cowboys end the Mountain West Conference's longest winning streak for a second straight Tuesday? The answer will come, as the Pokes host Fresno State at the Arena-Auditorium February 18.

They came close, but the Wyoming Cowboys remain win-less in the city of Fresno. The Pokes lost at Fresno State 67-62 Wednesday night at the Save Mart Center. The loss snapped a four-game win streak for UW.

Kaitlyn Mileto scored 21 points and Kayla Woodward added 20 points, as the Wyoming Cowgirls downed the Fresno State Bulldogs 87-76 Wednesday night at the Arena-Auditorium. The Cowgirls stayed perfect in Mountain West play at home.

Back at home, tonight the Wyoming Cowgirls will host the MW pre-season favorite Fresno State Bulldogs. The Cowgirls will seek their fourth win in conference action. The game is scheduled for a 7 p.m. start.

Tonight the Wyoming Cowboys will try to accomplish something they never have before, win a men's basketball game at Fresno State. The Pokes are 0-8 all-time in Fresno, California. The game is set for an 8 p.m. tip-off.

The 16th-ranked Fresno State Bulldogs stayed perfect on the season, as they rolled over the Wyoming Cowboys 48-10 Saturday night at War Memorial Stadium. Derek Carr threw for 360 yards and four touchdowns, as Fresno State kept their dreams of busting the BCS alive.

The Fresno State Bulldogs enter the 2013 season as one of the big favorites in the Mountain West. Led by standout QB Derek Carr, the Bulldogs feature a very potent attack and team that with a play-making defense.

The Wyoming Cowboys have been tabbed to finish fourth in the Mountain Division during the upcoming 2013 season. The Mountain West Conference is holding its annual Media Days in Las Vegas through tomorrow. In addition to the preseason football poll, the MWC also unveiled its preseason all-conference team.
