Back at home, the Wyoming Cowgirls will host the Mountain West Conference pre-season favorite Fresno State Bulldogs tonight. The Cowgirls will seek their fourth win in conference action. The game is scheduled for a 7 p.m. start.

Wyoming enters with a 12-5 overall record and is 3-3 in the Mountain West Conferece. The Cowgirls have alternated wins and losses through their first six conference games. All three victories have come at the Arena Auditorium.

Fresno State is 12-7 on the season and 6-2 in the conference, good for second place in the MW standings. They took two of the three meetings last season against UW, but lost in Laramie.

Cowgirl head coach Joe Legerski believes for his team to move forward they've got to have better balance offensively. Legerski says, "When we were at San Jose, at halftime Kaitlyn (Mileto) and Kayla (Woodward) had 30 of our 35 points. You look at this past game, and Fallon (Lewis) and Kaitlyn had 47 of our 69 points...When you look at the numbers overall, the numbers reflect that everybody's averaging okay because one person scores big one night and then it's just the opposite the next night. We're just trying to find that consistency where we can get 15 or 16 points a game out of four players..."

Wyoming will try to tie the series up tonight, as Fresno State leads 10-9.
