Laramie High School has been fortunate enough to have some great athletes in recent years. Those great athletes have produced some sweet high school memories and there's no time like the present to reminisce! Here are the top five Laramie High School sports plays in recent memory as called by KOWB's Sports Director David Settle.

Hot shooting propelled the Colorado Buffaloes to a 70-58 victory over the Wyoming Cowgirls in the Third Round of the WNIT Thursday night at the Arena-Auditorium.

Crunch time is when you want your best players to step up.  That's exactly what happened Monday night, as Seniors Aubrey Vandiver and Hillary Carlson scored the 18 of the last 19 points in the Wyoming Cowgirls 75-71 victory over Oklahoma State Cowgirls in the Second Round of the WNIT at the Arena-Auditorium Monday night.

Seniors Aubrey Vandiver and Hillary Carlson combined for 46 points to propel the Wyoming Cowgirl basketball team past the Portland State Vikings, 79-44, in the first round of the WNIT on Wednesday night in the Arena-Auditorium.

The Mountain West Conference (MWC) announced its 2010-11 men's and women's basketball awards Monday.  Six University of Wyoming athletes earned recognition with the highest honor going to Cowgirl senior Aubrey Vandiver who was chosen as the MWC Women's Player of the Year.

The four senior players on the Wyoming Cowgirl basketball team were honored before the final regular season game in Laramie on Saturday, March 5.

A balanced attack led the University of Wyoming Cowgirl basketball team past the UNLV Lady Rebels, 77-56, in the Arena Auditorium on Saturday.

Three Wyoming Cowgirls scored in double-figures Wednesday night which helped UW secure a 59-50 win over the Utah Utes at the Double-A.
