Thanks to a seven-for-seven performance beyond the arc in the second half, the Wisconsin-Green Bay Phoenix rallied for a 68-62 victory over the Wyoming Cowboys Wednesday night at the Double-A.

UW let a 10-point first half lead (21-11) and two nine-point leads (42-33 & 44-35) in the second half slip away.  The Cowboys (6-7) went the final 11:46 without a field goal.  Meanwhile, Green Bay (6-7) was perfect from deep in the final 20 minutes after going 3-of-16 in the first half from three-point range.

Rahmon Fletcher connected on four 3's in the last 14 minutes of the game, while teammate Bryquis Perine added two and Seth Evans one from deep.  Green Bay shot 68 percent in the second half and out-rebounded Wyoming 36-to-24.  It was Fletcher and Perine, who each hit a key three in the last two-and-a-half minutes that propelled them to win.

Fletcher led the Phoenix with 21 points.  Steve Baker came off the bench and added 13 points.

Desmar Jackson led the Cowboys with a season-high 23 points, with 14 of those in the first half.  Djibril Thiam added 14 points and Paco Cruz 10.

The Pokes saw their three-game winning streak halted, as they shot just 38 percent, which included 27 percent in the second half.  They haven't been above .500 this deep into a season since December 20, 2009 when they had a 6-5 record.

Wyoming returns to action in the final game of the five-game home-stand December 28, 2010 against Kennesaw State.  Tip-off is at 7 pm.
