The City of Laramie is not in the watch area as of Monday afternoon, but snow is forecast for the city on Tuesday and Wednesday.

  accumulations of 10 to 15 inches.

  Saratoga.

* WHEN...From Tuesday afternoon through Wednesday afternoon.
