UW Dance Students Raising Money For Injured Friend
A benefit dance concert for University of Wyoming student Christina Ott is set from 4-6 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 26, at the Washington Park band shell.
A senior in theatre and dance from Lyman, Ott was seriously injured in an automobile accident this summer. She is recovering in a Denver hospital.
Taylor Kath and other UW theatre and dance students have organized the concert to assist Ott’s family. Tickets cost $5 at the concert and any donations will be accepted.
“In addition to supporting Christy with prayers and thoughts, we ask that you attend this special afternoon,” Kath says.
