The University of Wyoming Men's Club Hockey team returned to the ice last weekend and after a month away for winter break, wasted no time getting their affairs in order.

Despite losing five straight heading into the break, the Cowboys dismantled the University of Colorado-Denver squad in back to back nights in Laramie, 15-1 and 16-4.

Fourteen different Pokes recorded points in the two game sweep, but leading the way was the trio of Noah Crank, Ethan Crockett and Mitch Nelson who combined for 14 goals and 11 assists.

With the pair of victories, UW now sits at 5-11 on the season and will travel to North Dakota to play a pair at Williston State College (6-11).
