Three Teens Arrested in Death of Wyoming Teen
ROCK SPRINGS, Wyo. (AP) — Three teens have been arrested in connection with the death of a 17-year-old boy whose body was found buried north of Rock Springs last month.
Sweetwater County Sheriff Rich Haskell and Rock Springs Police Chief Mike Lowell say 18-year-olds Brady Jacob Trevino and Jose Antonio Campos, both of Rock Springs, and a 17-year-old Green River boy were arrested Friday.
Trevino faces charges of first-degree murder and conspiracy to commit first-degree murder in the death of Rigoberto "Rigo" Alvarado. Campos and the 17-year-old are each charged with conspiracy to commit first-degree murder.
Authorities say Alvarado's girlfriend told investigators she last saw Alvarado when he left her home to meet with Trevino the night of July 29.
