Laramie County investigators say it appears a Cheyenne woman killed herself and her 11-year-old daughter in an arson fire last week. The Laramie County Sheriff’s Office on Friday identified the dead girl as Miriam Ortiz. Ortiz is the daughter of 34-year-old Erica Delgado, who was also found dead in the burned trailer on the south side of Cheyenne on Feb 3.
