A Laramie man accused of sexually assaulting a woman in October 2016 will stand trial again beginning next week, after his earlier trial ended in a mistrial.
The trial is anticipated to take longer than three days previously set in January, so Natrona County District Court Judge Daniel Forgey will reset the trial date.
Casper businessman and philanthropist Tony Cercy is free on a $100,000 cash-only bond after he heard charges that he allegedly sexually assaulted a woman.
