A Casper man believed to have been in possession of drugs including cocaine, methamphetamine and marijuana is awaiting his preliminary hearing in Circuit Court.

A Laramie man, charged in the case of heroin possession and conspiracy, has pleaded not-guilty to charges in the case.

According to court paperwork Lisa Diane Bailey and Terry Lee Norris were arrested following an investigation by a task force of the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation.

Three men have been arrested in connection with a Laramie heroin bust.
