Judge Kricken ordered that Cornejo write a letter of apology to Mister Money and pay restitution to the pawn shop in the amount of $1,475 within six months.
Albany County District Court Judge Tori Kricken said due to Halverson's lengthy criminal history, it was apparent he required a high level of support and structure in order to achieve success.
Wyoming Chief Justice E. James Burke presided over the ceremony, which had a number of speakers on the program to testify to Kricken's merit and good character.
Jason Alexander Koste, 42, was sentenced to one year in the Albany County Detention center with credit for time served, after which he will serve out a five-year supervised probation term.
