UNDATED (AP) — Domonic Brown may have wrapped up a second straight National League Player of the Week award.

Brown came within a double of hitting for the cycle as he collected four RBIs in Philadelphia's 7-5 victory over Milwaukee. He leads the NL in homers with 16 after belting a three-run blast in the first inning. He also tripled home a run in the second and singled in the fifth before walking in his final plate appearance.

Brown's 3-for-3 effort leaves him 12-for-27 with seven homers and 13 RBIs in seven games for the week. He's batting .345 with 10 home runs and 25 RBIs in 22 games since May 9.

Major League Baseball has its first nine-game winner of the season.

Arizona Diamondbacks lefty Patrick Corbin improved to 9-0 despite yielding four runs and six hits over six innings of an 8-4 win over the Cubs in Chicago. Corbin needed 33 pitches to get out of the first inning, allowing two walks and hitting a pair of batters but allowing just one run. He's tied the Diamondbacks record for most consecutive wins to start a season, a mark set by Brandon Webb five years ago.

Wil Nieves (nee-EH'-vehs) and Gerardo Parra drove in two runs apiece as the Diamondbacks improved to 11-0 when Corbin starts.

Also in the majors, Ramiro Pena and B.J. Upton homered and Freddie Freeman added a two-run double as the Atlanta Braves downed Washington 6-3 to stretch their lead in the NL East to 6 ½ games over the Nationals. Paul Maholm (mah-HAH'-luhm) allowed two earned runs in six innings to win his third straight decision.

David Ortiz and Jose Iglesias hit solo homers off Hiroki Kuroda (hih-ROH'-kee kuh-ROH'-duh) as the Red Sox beat the Yankees 3-0 in a rain-shortened game. Taylor Buchholz allowed just two hits in five shutout innings before rain halted play for good in the bottom of the sixth, giving Boston the rubber match of the series.

Chris Davis launched his major league-leading 20th home run to spark a three-run seventh in Baltimore's 4-2 victory over Detroit. Rookie Kevin Gausman received a no-decision after holding the Tigers to a run and five hits in six innings.

Evan Longoria and Yunel (yoo-NEHL') Escobar hit two-run homers in Tampa Bay's 11-3 laugher at Cleveland. James Loney added a two-run double and Longoria contributed three RBIs for the Rays, who bounced back a day after their six-game winning streak ended.

Mark DeRosa hit a tiebreaking solo homer while Toronto was scoring three times in the 11th inning to beat the Padres 7-4 in San Diego. Adam Lind had three hits and two RBIs for the Blue Jays, who received nine shutout innings from their bullpen.

Dexter Fowler hit two of Colorado's four homers in a 7-2 trouncing of the Los Angeles Dodgers. Todd Helton and Michael Cuddyer (kuh-DY'-ur) also homered to support winning pitcher Jorge De La Rosa, who was 0-8 lifetime against the Dodgers before holding them to six hits in seven innings.

Pinch-hitter Brandon Belt hit a tiebreaking, two-run double in the seventh inning as San Francisco beat St. Louis 4-2 to end a seven-game road losing skid. Buster Posey went 4-for-4 with a run scored after entering the game in a 2-for-20 slump.

Scott Diamond tossed six innings and Chris Herrmann hit his first big league homer as Minnesota won for the seventh time in nine games, hammering Seattle 10-0. Josh Willingham, Ryan Doumit (DOH'-miht) and Brian Dozier also went deep.

Pittsburgh spotted Cincinnati a 4-0 lead in the first inning before beating the Reds 5-4 on Travis Snider's RBI single with two out in the bottom of the 11th. The Pirates' bullpen came through with 10 shutout innings after Jeanmar (JAHN'-mahr) Gomez was removed with tightness in his right forearm.

Jurickson Profar hit a tiebreaking home run with two outs in the eighth inning to lift the Texas Rangers over the Kansas City Royals 3-1. Texas starter Yu Darvish pitched seven shutout innings and left with a 1-0 lead without getting the victory.

Oakland won for the ninth time in 11 games as Jarrod Parker matched a season high with seven strikeouts over 6 1/3 innings of a 2-0 shutout of Chicago. White Sox pitcher Chris Sale had gone a career-best 28 innings without allowing a run until Josh Donaldson's sacrifice fly in the sixth.

Carlos Pena and Carlos Corporan homered against C.J. Wilson as Houston won its fifth in a row, downing the Los Angeles Angels 5-4. Jordan Lyles has carved out a 1.90 ERA over his last four starts after allowing two runs and six hits in 5 2/3 innings.

Marcell Ozuna drove in four runs and Greg Dobbs hit a three-run homer to carry Florida's offense to an 11-6 rout and a three-game sweep of the New York Mets. The Marlins scored seven times in three at-bats against the Mets' bullpen after Matt Harvey left the game with a 6-4 lead.

OAKLAND, Calif. (AP) — Centerfielder Dewayne Wise has been placed on the 15-day disabled list by the White Sox. He was injured trying to score from second in a May 25 win against the Marlins.
