Racquel Macias Interview on Sportsline Live [AUDIO]

First year Laramie Lady Plainsmen soccer coach Racquel Macias was a guest on Sportsline Live Thursday.  She visited with David Settle and Kari Eakins about how things have gone to this point of the season, her experiences as a first year coach and also looked ahead to the big action over the next couple of weeks.

The Lady Plainsmen are 8-4 on the season and 5-4 in conference play.  They're ranked third in the latest Wyopreps.com Coach's and Media Soccer poll.  The Laramie girls close out the regular season today, May 6 at Casper Kelly Walsh.  They beat them 4-0 in the first meeting three weeks ago.  They will travel back to Casper for the 4A East Girls Regional Soccer Championship next week.  They must win one match to qualify for the state tournament in two weeks.  Laramie is the three-time defending State Champs in 4A girls soccer.
