The homestand continues today and tomorrow for the Laramie Rangers, as they host the Radioactive Bears and Torrington Tigers in two doubleheaders at Cowboy Field.

Laramie has won four of their last five games to get to 8-10 on the season. After having last weekend off, the Rangers will play eight games in the next six days beginning today.

First is a doubleheader this afternoon against the Bears from Greeley, CO. It starts at 3 p.m. Radioactive is 1-6 on their young summer season. The Rangers are winless against competition from Colorado so far this season.

"Typical Colorado team, they've got numbers for one thing to draw from," said Laramie manager Rich Wilson. "The other, any program, they'll be their next year's varsity players, and there's talent everywhere. So, it will be a step up."

Find out if they can get their first victory this afternoon by listening to our coverage on KOWB (AM 1290) and on-line here. The broadcast of game one only will start at 2:45 p.m. David Settle will call the action from Cowboy Field.

Wednesday's games are drawing more attention from Laramie since it's a conference twinbill versus the Tigers. Both teams are undefeated in the 'A' Southeast Conference. The Rangers are 4-0, while Torrington is 2-0. Both have wins over Rawlins, while Laramie has also swept Guernsey.

You'll be able to hear game one of the double dip with the Tigers tomorrow at 4:45 p.m. on KOWB (AM 1290) and on-line here. David Settle will again be behind the mic at Cowboy Field.
