The Cowboy Kickoff Concert and Pep Rally is back at the University of Wyoming Friday, September 2nd, featuring country singer Kip Moore on the Premier Bone and Joint Centers Stage.

This year’s event, produced by Townsquare Media in cooperation with the University of Wyoming, will be at War Memorial Stadium on the UW campus. Gates will open at 6:00 P.M. and the entertainment will begin at 7:00 P.M. Moore, whose hits include the #1 smash “Somethin’ Bout a Truck,” “Beer Money,” “Hey Pretty Girl” and “Running for You” will be the featured performer. Nashville recording artist and Wyoming Native Josh Dorr, whose debut single “Save Your Breath” hit the country chart in 2015, will be the opening act.

“We are extremely excited about the ambiance being provided to the Cowboy Kickoff as we move the concert into War Memorial Stadium.” Says Bob Price, Regional Vice President of Townsquare Media.

The Pokes host Northern Illinois in War Memorial Stadium Saturday, Sept 3rd. Game time will be at 8:30 PM. Special concert and game ticket packages will be available.
