The Wyoming Comprehensive Cancer Control Consortium is selling a new cookbook! Sales will benefit a Wyoming camp for children with cancer and their families. The cookbook includes more than 80 pages of recipes and color photography and features stories of childhood cancer survivors and interesting tidbits to help celebrate cancer survivors of Wyoming.

The cookbooks are being sold for $25. All of the proceeds will go toward the creation of Wyoming’s first childhood cancer camp. The camp will be held August 10-12, 2012 at the Crooked Creek Guest Ranch in Dubois, WY and will include components for the child with cancer, the parents and the siblings.

Lisa Eades is president of Jason’s Friends Foundation and also serves as co-chairman to the Wyoming Comprehensive Cancer Control Consortium. She said, “This cookbook is truly one of the best examples of a people coming together to support a much needed resource for childhood cancer survivors.”
