Barrasso Responds to State of the Union [AUDIO]

Article II, Section 3 of the Constitution of the United States reads, "He shall from time to time give to Congress information of the State of the Union and recommend to their Consideration such measures as he shall judge necessary and expedient."

Last night in Washington D.C., President Obama did just that, delivering his annual State of the Union Address.  Following the President's remarks, Wyoming Senator John Barrasso delivered the following response:
