Bank of America Holds Mortgage Assistance Event

There is a free mortgage outreach event in Glendale, Colorado this weekend to help home owners avoid foreclosure.

The free program from Bank of America is an assistance event, wherein people can meet face-to-face with many experts from different facets of the housing industry.

Bank of America spokesperson Tamika Eubanks says a lot of the focus of the event is education.

We do a quick 20-30 minute workshop- What we’ve found is there’s so much confusion about the process and we take that 20-30 minutes to really explain what it is that homeowners can expect- some of the different terms and definitions they hear and give them a chance to ask some questions.”

Those questions can be asked to loan specialists, Bank of America customer assistance center workers, and national Housing & Urban Development counselors as well as experts from transitional services such as United Way.

The event runs from 8 am til 8 pm Thursday, Friday and and Saturday and will be at the Infinity Park Event Center in Glendale.
