Rockies Open Home Series vs. Cardinals Tonight
Coming off a home series against the Cincinnati Reds (61-41) where they were swept for the sixth time this season, the Colorado Rockies (37-63) now open a three-game series against the St. Louis Cardinals (54-48). American Ryan Lochte Wins First Gold for USA
Swimmer Ryan Lochte is the first American to strike gold at the 2012 London Olympics. Lochte took the top spot in the Men’s 400-meter individual medley. Fellow American Michael Phelps finished a surprising fourth. Lochte defeated Phelps in the same event at the US Olympic Trials last month in Omaha.
