A California man has been ordered to pay more than $700,000 for defrauding the government with revenue suppression software used by Wyoming restaurants.

Lisa Whetstone will be sentenced at date to be set later.

The allegations of Marrolyce Wilson's conflicts of interest and official misconduct arose during the investigation of former town Clerk and Treasurer Lisa Whetstone.
