A semi-truck took out a concrete bridge support on I-80 near Rawlins Monday morning — and somehow, three of those supports ended up embedded in the trailer.

The crash occurred shortly before 11 a.m. Sunday.

A commercial truck hit the trooper's vehicle, but the trooper wasn't inside at the time and was not hurt.

The pickup truck driver suffered minor injuries and was treated at the scene.

They say a picture says a thousand words. This one should say how good of a driver the young women was for her fast thinking during a hectic situation.

According to the affidavit, the responding state trooper believes it was Miller's second DUI charge in 10 years.

Driver inattention is being investigated as a possible contributing factor.
