Two Mexican nationals were sentenced for illegal re-entry of a previously deported alien into the United States.

Dr. Shakeel Kahn, Lyn Kahn and Paul Beland were charged with multiple drug and drug conspiracy charges.

Two of the defendants were from outside Wyoming.

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement investigated both cases.

Only one of the defendants was from Wyoming.

Attorneys for Chris Walsh and the city now will have the opportunity to file a response to U.S. District Court Judge Alan Johnson's decision.

Leif Jourgensen will be placed on 10 years of supervised probation after his release from prison.
