An Albany County man accused of attacking and threatening his mother before a standoff with law enforcement in October was sentenced in Albany County District Court today.

A 29-year-old Cheyenne man has been sentenced to 25 to 30 years in prison for sexually assaulting a 6-year-old girl.

Her blood-alcohol content was more than three times the legal limit for driving.

He was sentenced to three nine-month, concurrent terms with the community corrections program.

An Albany County man charged with sexual abuse of a minor was sentenced today in Albany County District Court.
