An Albany County Judge has ruled that there is enough evidence for at least two of the men accused of plotting to kill a man from Cheyenne to be charged with felonies in District Court.
The fifth-penny tax will once again be on Albany County ballots this election. This is an optional one-cent sales tax that has appeared on the ballot every four years since 1986.
September is National Voter Registration Month, and Wyoming Secretary of State Max Maxfield is encouraging people who have not yet done so to register.
Albany County is currently working on updating a plan that helps identify hazards within the county, and residents are encouraged to participate in the process.
