I-25 in southeast Wyoming has reopened after being closed Tuesday morning due to winter conditions.

But the bright outlook was met with skepticism from some outside the White House.

That hesitancy could muffle any recovery.

Those planning to reopen include Purdue University and Texas A&M University and the University of Notre Dame.

A visitor center and campground will remain closed.

The move initially spelled relief.

Employees in close contact with guests will wear masks and enforce social-distancing guidelines.

Childcare centers will be allowed to have up to 25 individuals in a classroom.
