A man charged with possession of a controlled substance was sentenced to probation Monday in Albany County District Court.

Solano said he was incredibly sorry for what he had done.

King apologized in District Court, saying he regretted his actions.

At his September sentencing, prosecutors argued for 18 to 24 months of imprisonment.

Kaylean Bunn was sentenced to three years of supervised probation with an underlying sentence of five to seven years in prison which was suspended at sentencing. If Bunn violates the terms of her probation, her probation will be revoked and she will serve the time in prison.

Two days earlier Hopkins had been placed on unsupervised probation for backing into a parked car.

Nathaniel Jeffrey Kennaday will serve two years of supervised probation. Albany County District Judge Tori Kricken also ordered Kennaday to complete a level 1.0 outpatient drug treatment program.

Albany County District Judge Tori Kricken said Naylor had been given multiple chances to get his act together and had not done so.
