A GOP delegate who was cited for criminal trespassing on the University of Wyoming campus during the Wyoming State Republican Convention was arraigned in Albany County Circuit Court Tuesday on the misdemeanor charge.
Two people arrested after authorities were tipped off that they were making methamphetamine pleaded not guilty to the charges in Albany County District Court Monday.
Mark Gall is charged with one count of possession of cocaine, one count of possession of heroin and one count of possession of LSD. If convicted of the charges, he could face up to 15 years in prison and $30,000 in fines.
