Starting at 6:30pm the Laramie City Council will vote on 17 amendments to the proposed overhaul of the city's leash law and other animal laws. Amendments include both minor and major changes and will be voted on individually.

Casper's Police Chief, Chris Walsh is pushing for a new city ordinance proposing mandatory jail time for convicted drunken drivers. The proposal would be similar to that of Laramie's new DUI laws past in January 2011.

A Senate committee has cleared bills in which Wyoming residents may be able to carry concealed handguns without permits.
