House Bill 103

The legislature is scheduled to wrap up its 2019 session on Wednesday.

The committee vote was tied 4-4, mostly along partisan lines, when committee chair Sue Wilson [R-Laramie County] cast the final and deciding vote in favor of the bill.

The bill would impose penalties for doctors who fail to report an abortion within 30 days as well as compile a public report on abortion statistics.
