Ohlson has been in custody in the Madison County Jail in Idaho since his July 2016 arrest.

Teton County Sheriff Tony Liford says the death penalty was taken out of the equation as part of the plea deal.

Allan Wilson entered his plea Monday and is expected to receive a deferred sentence for sexually abusing a minor below the age of 13 .

He has already paid $5,000 and will pay $250 a month, starting Dec. 31, until the remaining debt is paid off

Skansberg remained in custody at the time of Wednesday's hearing.

He is scheduled to be sentenced Tuesday.

A sentencing date has not been set.
