The 28th annual Freedom Has a Birthday event will kick off on Wednesday, July 4th at 9:15 a.m. with the children’s parade, then lots of fun in Washington Park.

Freedom Has A Birthday has become an annual tradition on the Independence Day Holiday in Laramie, and it’s back for its 27th year Wednesday.
