However, one study has found a rather novel way of measuring and comparing the rise and fall of wages and it involves McDonald’s most famous sandwich.

Fast food is considered dangerous to one’s health, if you ask health food experts. However, in this case, it was nearly fatal and Kentucky Fried Chicken has been ordered to pay up as a result.

When it comes to burger chains, McDonald’s still reigns supreme — but new data shows Wendy’s has now overtaken Burger King for the runner-up spot in the US.

Although fast food restaurants display calorie listings, researchers suggest that the listings don’t do a stellar job of assisting consumers with proper health food options.

In 1968, a young man opened a restaurant in Cheyenne. The man was John Turner, a man who had been stationed at F.E. Warren Air Force Base during the Korean War. The restaurant he opened in '68 was called Taco House. The franchise rights to that popular restaurant were sold and the franchise was soon renamed, Taco John's, after the founder of the Taco House.

Researchers from the French business school École des Hautes Études Commerciales de Paris and Illinois’ Northwestern University might have discovered a reason that poorer people tend to eat larger portions of food.
