Mark Gall is charged with one count of possession of cocaine, one count of possession of heroin and one count of possession of LSD. If convicted of the charges, he could face up to 15 years in prison and $30,000 in fines.
Fuechsel was arrested after the Wyoming Department of Criminal Investigation conducted an undercover investigation to expose his alleged cocaine distribution.
Nathaniel Jeffrey Kennaday will serve two years of supervised probation. Albany County District Judge Tori Kricken also ordered Kennaday to complete a level 1.0 outpatient drug treatment program.
