The Riverton Police Department has called the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation for assistance.

The Wyoming Game and Fish Department’s Chief of Fisheries Mark Fowden is retiring after 39 years with the department, five of those as chief.

“The vast majority of these crimes could be avoided if students, faculty and staff would keep these items in their possession,” says Samp.

Stalder says he thinks Laramie has seen an increase in cases involving not only heroin, but also synthetic drugs.

The City ordinance also bans dialing a phone while driving, which Stalder says will be considered a primary offense along with texting while driving.
