Cheyenne East T-Birds

The Laramie High School volleyball team kicked off the second half of conference play with a three set win over Cheyenne East (25-20, 25-21, 25-15) in Laramie on Tuesday night. It marked the fourth time the teams have played each other this season, with Laramie winning every meeting.

Laramie gave East a chance to win the match. In fact, Laramie gave East two chances, specifically in the fourth set when the Lady T-Birds were up 24-22 and had a 2-to-1 set lead over the Lady Plainsmen. The Laramie High School boy soccer team defeated Cheyenne East 3-0 in Laramie Thursday as rain turned into snow at the Laramie Community Soccer fields.

A third consecutive road game and the home finale are on tap for the 5th-ranked Laramie Plainsmen basketball team this weekend.
