The Albany County Transit Authority (ACTA) is one step closer to becoming a reality. The Albany County Board of Commissioners unanimously approved a resolution for the ACTA in a special meeting on Tuesday. The winning Spanish Cup team receives a large trophy, which Real Madrid's players showed off to their supporters as they drove through the all-night celebration on top of a double-decker bus.
