Six parking scofflaws have been "Barnacled" since Cheyenne began using the new parking enforcement system a month ago, police say.

Cheyenne collected $5,290 of the more than $200,000 owed in unpaid parking tickets during its February amnesty period, the city announced Wednesday.

If you see one of these on your car, get ready to fork over some money, and it won't be all that cheap.
