Eight years ago we were introduced to Craig Johnson’s Wyoming lawman, Walt Longmire, in his first novel The Cold Dish. Since then we have been treated to the exploits of Longmire as he has dealt with the issues of the CBM boom in Wyoming, to the streets of Philadelphia, to a spiritual encounter in the Big Horns and most recently as a planner for his daughters upcoming wedding.
Over the weekend I had the pleasure of having Denver Bronco Mitch Unrein in the studio. Mitch is an Eaton High School grad who played his college ball in Wyoming. It is so cool to see a local boy achieve his dream.
Microsoft has agreed to invest up to $112 million dollars to build a new data center near Cheyenne. The project may break ground by early summer. Governor Matt Mead made the announcement today. Here’s an excerpt from what he had to say.
