A Montana man accused of kidnapping and sexually assaulting a girl from Cody, Wyo., is scheduled to go on trial in October.

Police in Westminster are asking the public's help as they investigate the murder of a 10-year-old Colorado girl who was believed to have been abducted on her way to school.

39-year-old Jesse Paul Speer, of Montana, waived extradition in Gallatin County District Court Monday.
