
Cheyenne, Laramie Could See 60 MPH Winds, Severe Hail Today
The Cheyenne Office of the National Weather Service says severe storms are possible across southeast Wyoming today with both Cheyenne and Laramie included in the potential storm area.
The agency posted the following on Thursday morning; There is a marginal risk for severe weather across the entire forecast area this afternoon. Storms will be scattered across the area so some locations may receive precipitation while others may not. The primary concern in storms will be hail and strong winds. Heavy rain will also be possible in storms. The strongest storms are likely to occur between 2 PM this afternoon and 9 PM this evening.
