For the first time, the Wyoming Territorial Prison will be having a Christmas light show.

The light show will run 5-11 pm every day through Dec. 31. Listeners can tune in to 99.5 FM to listen to music synchronized with the lights.

Renee Slider, curator for the territorial prison, said the light show is a way to give back to the community.

“Last year, more lights were added to the prison holiday display and this year we wanted to do a little something for the community,” Slider said.

Slider says that spectators can park their cars in the parking lot to watch the show. However, the actual prison site is closed.
