Halloween celebrations can mean a lot to many different people. Different ways of celebrating can include costumes, trick or treating, parties, bar-hopping… the list goes on. Most of the time these events take place in the evening and even into the night. So when Halloween falls in the middle of a work week, like it does this year, when do you celebrate?
